For sale is a handsome rustic farmhouse dining table built from locally sourced cypress and accented with antique white, hand-turned legs. This table makes for a great heirloom piece as it is composed entirely of solid lumber and meticulously finished to ensure years of use and abuse.
We carefully hand-select each piece of lumber to ensure maximum durability and stability. The legs and aprons are hand-finished with an antique white chalk paint before they're slathered with a brown glaze and coat of lacquer. The top is finished with four coats of lacquer and the joints are all mortise and tenon joints to ensure that this piece will exceptionally last the test of time and allow for it to be passed down to future generations.
We are also pleased to offer a variety of leg choices for your table. Choose from folded legs, hairpin legs, tube steel, and turned wood. If turned wood is selected, we'll finish these legs with a antique white chalk paint to complete the farmhouse look.
The pictured table is sized at 36"wide x 80"long x 30"tall and comfortably seats eight and gives ample arm room for you to tear into your Thanksgiving feast. These tables ship pre-assembled and are delivered via white glove couriers. Just point to where you want them to put the table and in a matter of minutes you're ready to enjoy this heirloom piece!
DISCLAIMER: You are purchasing a 100% handmade item. The wood is milled from its roughest state into a finished product. As a result (and as is common with all wooden furniture) there is a change there are minor visual imperfects (small knots for example) that are simply unavoidable. This is not a manufactured piece and that is part of its charm. Wood is by nature an imperfect medium and part of the reason I love working with it is its tendency to lend character to each unique piece.
